Today at the TED conference in Long Beach, CA, Bill Gates as part of his presentation released lots of live mosquitoes into the shocked audience. Saying... "Not only the poor should experience this(Malaria)." What do you think? An attempt to promote his philanthropy? Or to promote the new bugs in Windows?
i think that was little weird.. for any cause releasing some mosquitoes to the crowd wont do him any good!
I was reading about this on MSN earlier... I'm not entirely sure what he's trying to say when he releases the mosquitoes into the room.
Chris Anderson, curator of the show, quipped that the moment should be headlined, “Gates releases more bugs into the worldâ€. XD
Even if he was just pretending to be releasing mosquitoes, I am wondering why anybody in the audience did not sue him for millions of dollars for mental torture !! Regards, RightMan
