Need some help

    I have a friend who was based in India for work purposes. He created a paypal account with an Indian Address & IP.

    He has now moved to the US. If he used his US IP which has never access a Paypal account to access the Indian account, could he be limited or something?

    Please confirm.

    If you can confirm it with document for paypal center. I think no big trouble meet !

    Your friend needs to contact paypal through phone call and let them know of this issue. Surely they will guide him for further proceed.
