truelights - I don't want you to waste your time - my hypnosis site isn't big enough for you to spend your time doing that. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to do to promote this as I'm crazy busy... maybe I'll do a blog post and a couple of articles and see what happens sort of deal. Did you make this course yourself? I'm actually interested in adding a 12 week "motivational hypnosis" course to my diet product (in order to help them stay motivated... i think that's key.) My first idea for a product was to create my own hypnosis audio as I do know a bit about it and it's something I'm interested in... but I'd prefer someone who really knows what they are doing made it for me... so anyway if you have any hints on how I could get something like that created (a unique product preferably) then I would be willing to pay... Of course this would be no competition to you - I'm only interested in it as a "bonus" product for my diet program. Maybe as an upsell - but probably included as a basic part of the plan. Er... sorry for going a bit off topic here. I need to check my email to see about that free affiliate copy.
Yes, it's actually co-created by myself, an experienced meditation teacher in California, and a professional writer in the UK. Do I believe in hypnosis? Absolutely. It's just basic psychology. Everyday we walk around with our shame, guilt and emotional wounds, if we don't actually manage them they will manage us. I have a degree in clinical psychology and I hope to use my knowledge to help people who don't have the money to see a psychologist.
That's a great thing to hear. It's not too often that I think someone is actually trying to do something good for anyone in the world of CB - It's usually just people thinking about how they can make an extra buck (and I'm definitely including myself in this critique.) But It's nice to think about actually creating a positive product that really helps people in some way. That's why I'm interested in adding a lot of bonus materials to my diet. The truth is no diet is going to work for everyone - but I'd like it if people felt like they got their monies worth even if the diet plan isn't for them. OK - it's also because I'll get lower refunds and maybe some "word of mouth" sales - but it's mostly just so I feel better about investing so much time into it. You know when you really believe in what you are doing it's more fun to do the work. ... Also, thanks again for the advice you sent in the PM.
You may also be interested to know that I initially viewed your site in Internet Explorer 8.0 (RC1) and it renders with quite a few errors, such as the large top banner repeated side-by-side, making the page very wide. In IE7 Compatibility mode in IE8RC1 it renders fine. Just a heads up.
