poison17, this error comes due to the website being submitted, already available in the database. The IT team is working on a solution to identify the existence of website in the database as soon as it is entered.

I tried to add a few of my websites but when I submitted it just went to a blank page as well. Make sure you clean everything up including the VERY LONG keyword submitted domains I saw as well. Having errors and not a clean transition from page to page also hurts SEO.
