Hey everyone. I recently created a blog and added adsense to it. I have been doing a lot of advertising on free advertising sites and posting about my website in forums. I am not making any money at all. Nothing.... I have looked up all sorts of ways to get more website traffic but nothing seems to be working for me. I'm trying to not pay for any traffic, but instead use free methods which might require a lot of work. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. I would even sign up as one of your referals for some other website if I get really good advice (as long as I don't have to pay to sign up). Sounds cheap, but I don't want to pay in the beginning. Help pleaseeee.

if you are trying to get traffic from search engines, then you need to keep working on your site SEO and link building. depending on your targeted niche nad keyword, it might take months before you start seeing some decent traffic. posting on forums and other online places will give you some traffic but nothing you can depend on. so learn how to SEO and build backlinks for your site which will get your site ranked high on search engines
There's 3 main types of traffic 1. Organic Search Engine traffic 2. Paid traffic - Pay per click, advertising banners etc. 3. Word of mouth- You create something cool enough for people to get excited and tell everyone they know. Of the 3, paying for traffic is the easiest, but it's easy to go broke if you don't know what you're doing. And since you're trying to make money from adsense, using Adwords to drive traffic makes no sense. Visit the SEO section of this forum and hone your skills so you can rank for some keywords and get good, targeted search engine traffic. It's not good to rely solely on search engines for traffic, but it's the best place to start. What's your site if you don't mind posting it. We can offer some tips if you give us your URL.
You need to work for it if you want it free. And - work hard. Otherwise you can pay for it from something like Adwords
What is the niche of your blog? Creating tons of quality content would deliver many visitors for your blog You can also target different search terms while creating topics. I consider site a crap if it has bunch of useless content on it.
Never expect a surge in traffic to your blog unless you have done something amazing. Concentrate on creating good and unique contents that cater to the needs of your visitors. SEO will help to bring targeted and organic traffic but remember content is the king.
GREAT content and link building is kinng. WAIT FOR GOOGLE to index your pages. Update your blog daily with great content.
submit your blog to top ranked social bookmarking sites which would give you a start up traffic. if your content is good then people keep coming. make sure you update blog regularly.
adsense is just a program. It's yourself and your confidence in your sites that make you rich rather than some programs such as adsense. It's just a money making tool. Building sites with inherent values that people really love would be the only suggestion I have for you. Every big adsense players with at least 6 figures annual income from adsense knows that's the only way. Or you might succeed with one or two exploits which aren't gonna last anyway. Build a site not by cleverness but by your faith that it's worth working for for a lifetime. If you find yourself working too hard in marketing in return for just a few drops of traffic, you are very probably not doing it right - be it that you have chosen the wrong niche or you are just not that good enough to break into an industry and get accepted. Your personal problems are your business problems and vice versa. Improve yourself first in many ways and you'll soon have grand new perspectives for the correct ways of doing things. And improvement takes time. That's where technojuice has it.
get traffic to your website dude ! look for what people are searching and post content targetting that !! you can thinking of earning only when you have decent traffic
