    Can anyone please provide experiences as to what works and what doesn't when they have visited a video sharing site or what works on their own site?
    I want to generate revenue from a site but don't want to annoy my members.
    Can anyone explain overlay advertising and if you think this will be effective? Any info would be most appreciated.
