Should I start placing Reciprocal Links?

    I have recently launched a website on "sleep apnea";
    http://sleepapneadisorder.info/
    I am not sure if building reciprocal links would be beneficial in any way? Would it in anyway help me in attaining high PR? Will this not be punishable by Google? Please guide me.

    yup ! reciprocal links are really beneficail..it's help to get high page rank and traffic also..it's increase ref visits for site.

    Reciprocal linking does not increase Page Rank and has little impact on SERPs. They can, however, drive traffic. Only reciprocate links to websites that may send some visitors, otherwise, one-way links are the only kind that will help you out building Page Rank or SERP ranks.

    Reciprocal links aren't worth the time and trouble of finding them, maintaining them. Many webmasters believe that due to Google's frown and other webmasters perception of reciprocal linking that accepting them is unacceptable. Any reciprocal link building campaign today will fail simply due to lack of interest. Don't waste your time. 1 way linking is far superior for every reason.
