    Its a Blog full of Latest Technical seminar topics, Engineering Seminars,etc...

    Please make the review about the entire blog such as the Adds and the Add placement, etc..

    First up, what's the main purpose of the site?

    Personally I've seen that wp design so many times and it really doesn't do anything for me. Before I can help you further though I really need to know what the purpose of the site is.

    Nice loading time. Your site is locating at left side of my browser (Firefox 3.1), try to change it into center.

    The layout IMO is very simple but effective for a blog. Not sure how I feel about the (what appears like) mysql's ENCODE function as bullets. It may be I just can't see the real bullets for some reason.

    I would shorten the tagline beneath you site title. You can put all that info on an about page.

    I would say you should focus on the content of your web rather than ads. It's good position for people to click your ads but it's not good in the long terms for people who want to see the content in your blog. Good luck :)

    Good content can lead you more traffic and more traffic can lead more click :)

    One unfortunate thing is happened in this blog from Yesterday. Its SERP is lost from the Google.
    My Keyword "Engineering Seminar Topics" is in the first page for the very last long time.
    But its lost even from the 1st 10 pages from Yesterday. Can anyone please help me.
