You have not posted the URL, and asking $10k for a domain is so much, considering you are not showing anything. If it was a LL.com or some other name .com then ya maybe 10k+.

But to be honest with your PageRank 6 means nothing at all, tell me what is good in a PageRank? And do you have the right to sell the software with its code?
