    Ads look good - at first I thought there weren't any (which is good!), but then you see them when you open a post. Looks good to me... you just need lots of posts now

    (btw, I'm in the SCADA/PLC business... coincidentally ;) )

    ads look good but if you ask me i will tell don't display your sites in forums and on other websites... drive traffic from search engine....i have lost my adsense account doing like this only so its suggestion from my end....

    I would ad a larger horizontal unit next to the site title in the header.
    Otherwise the placement is fine.
