Two solid PR6 backlinks on PR0

Out of curiosity I was wondering what two solid PR6 backlinks (along with a PR3) can affect a brand new PR0 website? by the next PR update would it hit PR3/4? any estimates would be great thanks a lot

People could try to estimate, but not based only on the information you have given. A rough estimation can be made if we also know how many outgoing links are there on the page/site from where your PR0 site would get a backlink.

 

It depends on the site's content...
If the PR0 site has some good content, i assume it will reach PR3.

I think it would gain a PR4 - but the 2 PR6 sites should give a sitewide link to the PR0 website and the OBL should not be less than 25.

If the OBL is less than 10 then it might also gain a PR5.

 

Its not good for a PR 0 blog to get links straight away only from PR 6 and PR 3.try to get some pr0 and pr 1 links too .

 

The site will gain more credibility in Google. Nobody could estimate what PR you will get though...

 

I wish I knew that algorithm because my flagship site has hundreds of links but have always been PR0.

Google is only crediting your site for one backlink which is from the Free download at asia.cnet.com

You have about 450 actual links noticed by other search engines but the bulk of those are from 2 or 3 forums. Are those forums (like that other triple forum like yours) are you all in backlinking scenario to try to raise eachothers PR?
Either way it seems Google has not given credit for all those links. If they've been there over 3 months then for some reason Google is sayin poohie on them. Review your backlinks.. whatever method you were using made google perhaps suspicious. If you have any backlinks to those sites in a reciprocal link structure get them off your site. Then find high authority sites in your keyword target areas, and try to get backlinks from them. Sometimes the google bots are like a cannibal jungle tribe with spears ..they look angry, they're yellin somethin and poking their spears in thrusting manner towards you .. you have no hopes of understanding what they're saying because you dont know their language.. so you have to think what you did that made them suddenly come runnin at you with their spears-a-thrustin.. fix it..and they will all smile and run back into the jungle. Maybe your links crossed sacred burial grounds?.. maybe you went to the bathroom by a tree where their ancient masters symbol was carved into the tree.. who knows , back track what ever you've been doing and realize that somethin you did made them aggravated.Change that and go in a new direction with getting links and the Google jungle tribe bots wont rotisserie you!

 

^^ Best response yet. Ive always had PR0 but the links on people's forums are not me doing it and I don't have a reciprocal link to them. I will spend some time on proper link building and see where it gets me. It would be helpful to have had the backlinks updated as they came so that I know what I am doing is correct.

What did you use to come up with the 450 links you quoted?

getting a link of PR6 website's is really tremendous........but as these websites are really ranked thus you will also be in a queue to make sure that your link exchange will work.............as these highly PR website's are those website's which are really very popular......

they would notr allow to give you al ink so easily .........but if anyway you have a link from these website's then it will a great ranking update for PR.

 

May be you can get PR3.
