    where do i add the meta tags for my wordpress blog ?
    do i have to any install any special plugin to add it ?

    there are several plugins that can do this for you but the above mentioned is probably the best

    Use Platinum SEO Plugin instead. It has more features than All In One SEO Plugin.

    All In One SEO Plugin : http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/

    I am not telling that All In One SEO Pack is bad, its really good and one of the best plugins available for wordpress. But, Platinum SEO is better as it takes care of 301 redirects also.

    I was using All In One SEO Pack but shifted to Platinum SEO.

    All in One SEO has been working very well for me. But you're saying I can do 301 redirects with Platinum SEO? I'll have to look into it... sounds too good to be true.
