In Azerbaijan yo can buy 1 mb/s unlimited not less than for 260 USD.
What are the broadband fees in your country?

I have satellite, so you can't really compare it to DSL, but we pay around $60 USD/month for 768kbps with 200MB limit per day.

AUD$27 for 56k dialup - unlimited but can only pull 7gb per month @56k
AUD$70 for 1.5mb broadband (15gb cap)

I live 30kms out of town where broadband is not available but my friend in town has broadband at above price.
