Need Help Adding Product?

If I'm just putting out my affiliate link and don't have a domain or landing page of my own

What is my Thank You Page? Or do I have to have my own site?

 

That's called direct linking, but at least you should try to cloak your link, because if not then you wont get sales. BUT it is always better to have your own site where you presell the product to your target audience.

P.S and your link goes directly to the merchants site, where if you're lucky you'll be credited for the sale.

What do you mean if I'm lucky? I have an adwords campaign, and every time I tested the link and clicked "buy" it said affiliate=kattierney at the bottom.

 

A thank you page is the page that the customers reaches when he makes the purchase of a product. After the purchase he is taken a thank you page where he downloads the ebook/software/videos from.

If you're an affiliate you won't have a thank you page.

 

As an affiliate all you need to promote products and earn commission is an affiliate link. (like the one you've got above).

However, if you want to have your own product, then you need a landing page AND a thank you page.

 

Oh... well where do I see how many hops and stuff I have?

 

Log in to clickbank, Go to Reporting -> Analytics

And you'll be able to see your hops /sales and other stats

Make sure to use Affiliate Analytics, not Publisher.

Also specify a period, which you want to analyze.
