    I will go with my favourite player Roger Federer. Reasons are:

    --> More experience to win Grandslam titles and he will use his best here.
    --> Got extra rest then Nadal
    --> Fan Support.:cool:

    Yes, my vote goes for Federer too but if Nadal can overcome here then it will be proved that Wimbledon was not a fluke

    Looks like fans are desperately want to see Roger will win the Australian Open. I think today our wish will complete his revenge against Nadal. We have to wait for atleast 5 hours for match start and it would be big match for Roger fans.:D

    Well after watching Nadal play in the semis, against his fellow countrymen - I think Wimbeldone was no fluke, but that semi took a lot out of Nadal, giving Roger the much unneeded upper hand.

    Roger is favorite to win, but if Nadal can pull it off - he'll be a true champion.

    Nadal is a supreme athlete, moreso then Federer. Although I agree, the long drawn out SF for Nadal makes Federer the favorite, slightly. But you can never count Nadal out of it, the guy is a freak.

    Well I agree with it but you can clearly seen changes in Roger's playing style and I would go with easy with for Roger in straight sets. Nadal indeed a good player but with experience in Australia, Roger will go with 14th Grand slam title.

    Nadal did, and if I remember correctly he's won more times versing Federer than the other way around.

    Either a commentator said that or I said it to myself in a dream :rolleyes: :)

    Well match seems to go with 5 sets or atleast 4 hours as we are in 3rd sets and already 2 and half hour past. Match is still in locked with 1 sets to all and 4-4 in 3rd set.

    Go Federer, Go for 14th GS.:)

    Well just finished 3rd sets and now Rafal won the set in tie break with 7-3, Rafal Nadal now taking the lead by 2 sets to 1. I wish Roger will comeback in this set and took the match in 5th sets.

    Rafa just broke Federer ;) What did I say? Never count Nadal out of it. Coming back from 0-40 and 15-40 in 2 games in the 3rd set and still winning it. He is a freak and deserves to win the Australian Open.

    Well wait for few mins, Roger is chasing hard and I think he have still enough energy to go in 5th sets where he can break Nadal. This game is one of the best game so far for me and I am watching some great tennis here and I still believe that match will go into 5th sets.

    Right now Roger leading 2-0 in 4th sets after breaking Nadal's service.

    I go for Federer. He will win it. Besides Nadal was the luckiest guy in the planet in that midfinal...

    By midfinal I take it you mean semi final? What was lucky about his result? It was one of those matches which could have gone either way. You can't say Verdasco deserved it more.
