    I was reading this tutorial and I was wondering if someone knows where I can find this::

    "Step 2: Signed up as an affiliate in a few CPA campaigns network.

    I picked up email submit offer to promote. Email submits offers pay out $1.00 to $1.30 to me when someone enters his email."

    Nope thats an option which makes it easier and faster for you to get the payment. If your commissions are over $5000 per week, you can get paid NET-7
