Lower the better mate For example, my Alexa on AndrewKnight.com.au is: 270,998 And the Alexa on Digital Point is: 2,121 Digital Point has a much much better Alexa. In a word: Pointless. Alexa ranks sites that are visited by people who have installed the Alexa toolbar. I don't have any way of knowing how many people have installed the toolbar but the Alexa ranking (in my own experience) is nothing more than "cute". Their claim is that it is more accurate above 100,000. At the end of the day, the thing that matters is that you get TARGETED visitors and that your site converts those visitors efficiently and profitably. I prefer using Google Analytics to track that sort of information.
sites with webmaster related content tends to rank better in alexa coz most of the webmasters use alexa toolbar. dont count on alexa rankings as its not the ideal tool
