Now site have good no. of poster available in different view. Now I would like to invite DP user to have a look and give some feedback on the site from design, working and seo prospect. I know its good to have keywords in the content but you may have used "management" a bit too many times. It doesn't read very well. I like the design though, nice job. Good Luck
