Huge waste of time. Also, google is changing how they handle subdomains anyway. More quality pages > multiple domains anyway.
Subdomains can be really useful, however, look at the "free music" keyword and you can see a lot of people using subdomains
Hi guys, I've actually just finished making a website, which was for three companies which formed a group. We decided on making each company a subdomain to make managing each co's specific site easier and also under the belief that each subdomain would actually get pagerank from the landing page. Are you saying that its better to have a regular domain as opposed to a sub domain? Ta Craig
