How to change wordpress theme name

    Hi folks,

    I had some wordpress themes created.. but want to change the name of them (coder doesnt seem to be online ever).

    How do i change the name of my wordpress theme and have it recognised in in wordpress itself ?

    which files do i need to change or add ?
