Need Help To Remove Validation Errors

I am using one wordpress theme. After few months i found that there are some validation errors. Can anybody help me to remove them ?

WOW ~ dude 79 errors on your w3 checker... most of these are just basic tag errors (open/close) ...

if i was coding i was start over....

Actually when I looked at your site, you still have around 40 errors. Why not just leave the errors? If your site displays correctly then why validate? It doesn't help witih PR or anything SEO related. Validation for the sake of validation is worthless. Besides, most of the errors I see now are very easily fixed and the errors give a whole paragraph explaining the error and how you can fix it
