Judging by the payouts per lead, that definitely looks like a ZIP/Email Submit offer. Where abouts are you promoting it and how much did you have to spend to generate that revenue?

Glad I ditched most of my Adsense ads last year. I've been having quite a few $100 days recently with Affiliate sales. Can't quite get to the £100 day yet but I'm sure it's coming! No PPC, No Marketing Costs just a good niche, plenty of natural traffic and a well matched affiliate scheme I've only recently started getting these numbers from constantly playing around with the layout of the ads. Found that a small text link with some precise information works a lot better than a big image advert. Tweaked the rest of the site and the commission has been rolling in all of January. My Advice would be to keep playing with your ads and get feedback from others on the placement. It can make a huge difference.
