I am going to sell my money related forum because I have a few more websites and I cannot manage it any more.
It is receiving 200-300 visitors and more than 1200 page views daily. Currently there are only PPC advertisiments running on my forum. It is currently generating income round about $50 per month. This figure will certainly increase in future.

I am willing to sell it completly. i.e. all rights of domain and forum. If any one interested, let me know with the desired price. Don't hesitate in making offers. Make any offer that you like. If it is acceptable, I will certainly accept it.

Where is the traffic coming from? What percentage of the members/posts are natural meaning they are not paid posts/members or posts/members created by you? 1200 daily page views and you are generating only $50? What are your expenses? Please be more clear.

Yes, I have blocked some IPs due to spaming. I cannot open them now.

I haven't used any tracking utilities to monitor my traffic. However, from the Alexa report about 31% of my traffic come from USA and 69% from other countries. When it was started it was a paid to post forum for the first week only and I got some initial posts in my forum. After that I stopped it and now it is a normal forum. About 75%-80% (contains all USA traffic) of it is natural and 25%-20% (Contains all traffic from other countries) consists of me and my friends. I have worked very hard to promote and keep it active because we all know "forums are easy to build but hard to run". You cannot promote forums without posting by yourself or start a pay per post program.
My expenses are only of domain name ($10/year). Actually revenue depends upon clicks not on pageviews. If anyone is not clicking on ads, I cannot compel him for clicking (and i also cannot click on them by myself).

Tell me the exact price that you can pay for it.
