I need to sell this site today. I need the money for bills if someone will pay $250 today for this site please let me know. I will transfer quickly and will also provide an additional 50 custom templates delivered in the next 2 months at 25 templates per month. I hate to sound so desperate but my family is more important than my pride. This is a great site and is well worth $250.

unfortunately, if the members are subscribed using paypal they cannot be transferred to the new owner unless asking them to manually cancel their subscription with you and re-subscribing with the new webmaster. this usually ends in a lost of paid members
