    The income daily from the website is about 3 USD/daily, and the website is indexed in google with good rating and about 20-30 unique articles.

    Just a heads up to anyone else interested: I got some info from the seller and found out:

    Site gets 48 uniques per day on average, of which 22% are from google.

    The whois shows that the domain was created on July 27, 2008. This means the site is not even a HALF year old.

    Just so that nobody else wastes their time.
