Is your VPS service over old or shared with your shared hosting clients? Can the 384 MB RAM VPS old 500 GB/month?

 

On the other thread you said this vps are MANAGED. Now it is semi-managed. Any different ? I plan to purchase at the end of this month. Still have account woth other host.

 

i believe semi managed and managed aint loadz of difference..........They seem a freindly bunch of people and will always help u with any problems

@~Monty~: The VPS servers are located on their own private nodes. In theory you could use 500GB/month as long as you are not exceeding your RAM and CPU limits.

It seems that you keep contradicting yourself, grk519.. You should probably write out a terms of service, bud. It's not limited in your Terms of Service, but it's limited by your word of mouth, the one that legally upholds is the terms of service. So consider writing there.

 

these specs look awfully familiar to santrex.net with slightly inflated prices

 

yeah he resells santrex vps plans......they are slightly inflated i think cuz he offers management with them aswell where as santrex dont

At the time of signup I found their support was friendly and fast. But I am facing some problem for last 2 days and I only got assurance that my problem will be solved. I have already submitted the ticket but the problems hasn't been solved yet. Their MSN support and live chat service on their site are both offline.

Yes it seems that they are reselling Santrex (I am not sure about it). I joined them as I thought they will help me to solve the problem quickly but now I think I should have joined Santrex as they are offering same service at lower cost.

 

well i mean im managing to scrape along with a santrex vps and having help from freinds to maintain it.......but santrex are very unco operating if u ask them anything about it as they always refer back to the term unmanaged...so if u do eventually go with santrex then u are virtually going it alone

 

I have made a wrong decision purchasing VPS from myprohost . The VPS is working very slow; below expectation. I don't know about their other client's comment but I am not satisfied. I waited all day long for their support over MSN, Live chat on their site but no support came online. My problems are still unsolved.

Though I am yet to find any Trial VPS offer by any host. I suggest that every host should offer "Try Before you Buy" with shared, reseller and VPS also. If you are not satisfied with the trial period than don't waste your money for useless services.
