Well the homepage looks like wordpress....but its not in the codes...Well maybe they bought the license to not place a link back to WP.
The HomePage is not wordpress, the url string use the "showthread" word with a call to a variable , this is a proper characteristic of forum scripts. Now the blog , I guess that is it can be a personalized programming job from a freelancer, maybe using the wordpress code, but I guess that is not wordpress, the form of present the trackbacks is a bit rare and in the source code there is not a single credit for a plugin or a common theme. Anyway remember that one trick to protect Wordpress is deleting the Wordpress version in the source code (header.php) and in scarce time from the footer. But as a matter of fact you can make that wordpress look exactly like this blog, using some plugins and making some changes in the theme.
You should try on vbulletin forums. Thay have some mods to do this sort of things, without the need to integrate third party cms.
