since we all love technology, im not sure if im the only one, but staying on the computer for hours definitely gets me tired, but since its part of my job i really have no choice. are there any supplements people take to help? like those vitamins and mineral things.
well, i will take a time to catnapping and listening to meditation music for 15 minutes after like 2-3 hours browsing rather than taking supplement , that should help u to relax more naturally.
Most of dp member are computer science and IT technology fans .Some are gurus . Staying in front of screen and keep the same/similar action,less sports. All of these will easily lead the so called "white collar" to subhealthy, including webmasters and computer professionals . I am one of them .

i nap frequently... 1-2 hours of sleep maybe 6 times a day... and it works fine for me messes sleeping pattern up a lot though :\
