Hi i'm running a news site , I know i am not allowed to but nude pictures on same page as adsense is shown, but can i link to a picture like that.

example: i make a news about "paris hilton nude picture, see it here and judge"
(well lol taht was just an example even though it is true : ) ,, but anyways . if i do not show the picture itself on the same page as the news is , but i include a link where people can see it ... am i breaking the rules then ?

I have another questein, if i show the picture on the same page as the news BUT i censor the boobs and vagina (lol) ,,, putting a DOT or something to hide them am i still breaking the adsense rules ?

    Thanks for helping in advance.

From my understanding you're not supposed to have anything related to adult
content by any means. Even text oriented.

You could try infolinks. Maybe they're better about that?

Oh... Also just thought about this. You don't own the rights to the pictures of
Paris do you? By law it's illegal to post things for a commercial purpose if you
don't own the rights to those things. (Unless you have otherwise been granted
    permission to do so...)

(it is not paris hilton i have a nude picture of , just an example, she is good enough her self to make the world know shes a bitch.)

I dont understand what Google cares if i dont show the picture on the same page or if i censor the picture.

What i can think of , just to be creative is to make a news about this celebrity has throwed out her clothes then put a google search bar under the post. Smart tactic , then i wont be showing the picture at all. :p and people will automaticly search for the picture from there.

I have the right to post the picture btw.

if you say "paris hilton nude picture" and link to it, then you site IS promoting adult content which is against adsense TOS

that would not only be not smart but totally foolish to do such thing. in a situation line this, most people using the search box will be searching for n u de images of videos which will get your site flagged and google wil be thinking that you are promoting adult content or encouraging people to search for adult content. here's the situation,

what you are expecting people to search on your search box?
    what will people search for?
why would people coming to your site all of a sudden start searching for nu de image or videos?
you see whats happening here? its just matter of time google figures out and does a manual audit on your site. doesn;t really worth the risk. there are million other topic which you can build a site on and monitize with adsense. play by the rules which will pay off in the long run

In fact, you don't even have to be linking to the image. If you say anything
that's even remotely related to being adult content you're breaking tos.

I used to think that saying alternative words was avoiding the rules.

For example: Instead of "nude" I would say "unclothed"

Either way, it's still breaking the rules of adsense.

Better not to risk rather than regret because i’ve learned to not “risk regret”.

If you link to (promote) adult content, you very much risk loosing your account.

Your next post will be "google banned my account and i don't know why"
