you can easily do it with changing the template and putting some plugins for it.. i can do it for you if you want in this price.. you wont regret, it will be a good work. pm me if u want.
For what i need is about 2-3 hours of work. I don't think will take weeks to do a header, modify a bit the fonts, arrange the page to look nicer. Maybe you will get your Ferrari for 100$ who knows.
It's not necessarily that it would take a lot of time, but a lot of effort goes into an entire website design... I would think you would be making more than 10-50$ from a better layout, the one you have doesn't say/look anything like something that might be used for a dating/relationships website.
