Do they give notification? Like sending you an e-mail that you're banned? Or atleast give a warning? AFAIK I didn't violate any rules. Can someone pls. confirm this...

True. Just check on my blogspot. The standard banner and leaderboard show only public ads. However, the retangular showing ads as normal. Wait a couple days and see what is going on

Hmm I think you much check you mail or try to login in your adsense account . If you are not able to login than you are banned if are logged in than their is some problem and wait for some time.

What I hate the most is people always assuming the worst that your account is banned, many people have same problem, and it is only a blogger problem)ads are normally appearing on my other sites) so google will probably fix it in no time. Recently they had an update so something must have happened.

Had the same problem showing only "Public Ads", I noticed that this is the case, if you add the adsense codes via channels. If you add adsense inside the blogger, then the ads appear normally.:D

I have not received any email warning.

It is only SOME of the adsense ads that are affected. If you use the "ads between posts" feature on blogspot, the ads still work.

It is happening in most of the blogger sites due to some technical problem. Don't worry. They will solve it. My blog is also showing PSA ads.

Yep, you are not being banned.
How do I know? Well, you can still see PSA on your blog, and can probably still access your account so that's pretty much tells everything.

When you're banned, you cannot log into your account (actually you can but it shows you that the account has been disabled) and you will see error or cannot see the ads at all.
