Hiiii I want to lose 7-8 kgs in the coming 3 months. .. I am doing workouts, walking and exercises daily, but not getting the kind of result as I want. Can anyone please guide me?
Lighter meals, frequent exercise. Pretty simple for that goal. Drinking lots of water, believe it or not, helps promote metabolic function. Also, late night hunger pangs are also mitigated with water.
Try and take small bitings very frequently instead of two wholesome meals... Drink lots of water, and do some regular exercising... Even yoga helps....if you know how to do it properly... Regards, RightMan
glass of water before a meal with help you eat much less. It can be more filling than anything and helps you pass what is in your system.
I wil say that starting jogging and do some yoga . If you don't get any help from this than read some health blogs created by DP members .
eat in smaller portions, drink plenty of water throughout the day, lots of cardio (running at least 3 times a week), and you should have no problem losing the weight. If you switch to a vegetarian diet and avoid eating meat, you will definitely lose the weight. 7-8 kg (15 pounds) definitely not a problem but most of it begins in the kitchen
This is what worked for me. I exercise every morning before breakfast. I exercise as hard as I can for 30 minutes on the treadmill and then just spend 10 minutes doing weights. This is way more effective for me, than exercising, for longer, later in the day. I read that you burn straight into fat, rather than your breakfast. After you have trained, wait an hour or so before you eat and you will continue burning calories. Stick to your calorie limited diet and try not to eat after 7pm. Drink lots of water/green tea instead. Plus being a vegetarian is a bonus and will help you further. Almost forgot - Maybe give yourself a free day one day a week, where you can eat what you want and take a day off from exercise. This will help stop you burning out.
7 to 8 kg is a very reasonable weight-loss target over 3 months, for many people. I think many "fail" at weight-loss and get disillusioned by setting themselves targets which will be very difficult to achieve. I'm slightly surprised by the number of people who assume/believe that exercise will necessarily help. While it obviously does for some people, in conjunction with a calorie-restricted diet, there's actually very little evidence that for most people it's likely to be a sensible approach. Metabolic and nutritional physicians are often very sceptical of its usefulness. Many people find that exercise makes them hungry. (I think weight lost through exercise is also easily and quickly regained afterwards unless you maintain the exercise schedule indefinitely.) I'd think cutting out sugar and other refined carbohydrates is probably the single, simple, most helpful thing you can do. Many people believe that reducing the fat content in their diet is likely to reduce the quantity of fat stored in their body, but I think this is probably fallacious reasoning and doesn't really stand up to examination when compared with reducing carbohydrates. It seems to be a contentious subject on which people have considerable emotional attachment to and investment in their points of view, and it's not always particularly easy to interpret all the inevitable "anecdotal evidence". Good luck!
Don't exercise just once in a day .. Try to do it in 3 phrases of 15 mins and do rope skipping if you can .. It really helps to lose weight
a great tip green tea reduce also the cholesterol level and prevent heart diseases. you may try eating small meals everytime you're hungry, giving up to sweets and fast food products and of course a lot of walking... you don't have to make intense effort...it's very healthy only taking long walks...1 hour per day will be great !
you need some carefully planned diet...each N every day!! since, i know nothing about u...i can`t suggest specifically & i don`t wanna give a general idea...
