    It is very simple, Just Go To PayPal.com and register an Account, it's free and no need any documentation. It will hardly take 2-3 minutes to complete the account Creation.

    Yes as Rohit said. Go to Paypal.com and you can create an account very easily. It will hardly needed 2-3 mins. It is called the unverified account where you can send and receive a little amount of money. If you want to increase your limits then you need to make your account verified and you need to add Credit Card for that.

    Hi , yes its easy.

    first you need to check if paypal is allowed in your country , then you need to make your account add your email , and verify your account. To do this paypal will send a small amount of cash to your bank and you will have to confirm the amount to activate the account.

    I hope they allow paypal in your country :) good luck.

    All you need to do is go to paypal.com and register. you would be requiring a VCC or a credit card to verify your account.

    It's simple, just sign up and create an account. Verifying your account can be a bit of a pain. Worth doing it though.

    To open PAYPAL is very simple....
    Be careful there are three types of accounts available and you have to choose only one from it.
