How long did it take for you to first see earnings?

How long would it take if I had say 100 articles right off the bat?

It all depends on the niche, quality of the sales letter on-site, quality of your articles, and where you'd be posting them, what you'd be linking them too [redirect or your landing page].

Yeah, it depends on many different factors. Unfortunately, making sales through article marketing is not as simple as pumping out x amount of articles and making x amount of dollars.

Some of these factors include how well you did your keyword research, the length of your article, how you actually write the article, and how compelling your call to action is. And these are just a few of the factors that determine how profitable your article marketing efforts will be.

If you had the capacity to produce 100 articles quickly, I would do 10 articles for 10 different products, and see what works, you might be surprised at the results.

1 article can bring in 100's of sales... and 100 articles can bring in 2 sales...

It's all determined on the product / niche / content of the article.

I've got some really neat tips which my affiliates are using to make at least 10 sales a day from my product. PM me if you want info.

it all depends on how good quality those articles are.
I know that some people manage to get over 30 sales on only 1 article, which is great.

    I usually got 1 sale per 3-5 articles :(

so you see it depends on what niche it is, competitors and especially the quality of the article.

do a good research of what people are looking for and type a good article based on the research and create a good title and a good teaser text.

    good luck

Quality not quantity my friend. Its all about research into your niche and attacking it from an angle that hasn't been targeted yet. Also an important skill to learn is when to pull the pin and when to keep pushing.

It's impossible to answer that question, as everyone previously said.

There are too many variables, and you could get a sale after the first article, and it's even possible that you won't get a sale at all...

It really depends on what people are looking for. Sometimes you can write a hit, other times you can write a dud, it is really hard to tell. My best advice is to keep writing and eventually you will hit what people are looking for and it will pay off for you.

If they are high quality articles promoting a top selling product then you can start making good money immediately.

What i recommend is to go on the ezinearticles itself, see what articles would keep you interested and ready to buy, and copy those articles.

Usually you're instincts are the best keyword research tool to create the best article. Also, remember that article marketing and bum marketing are kind of different - article marketing is used to create seo links, search engine rankings etc.

Bum marketing is just like PPC, but instead of spending money, you're spending time.

Does having an autoresponder makes a difference into sales with articles or it is just a waste of time?

For me, the results of article marketing depends on the niche. Try different ones and you will find which ones works for you.

By copying the articles, I meant copy what they do, not word for word, lol.

It all depends, you could have 1000 articles and not make a sale. Depends upon
which keywords you are targeting, which niche you are trying to get into and also
how well your content is written and if you make the visitor want to find out more
information with a strong call to action.

I have seen people making a fortune just by article marketing.

Well it surely is a lot easier then creating a domain and bringing in traffic to that domain.

All you have to do is provide a quality content which makes the reader interested.

Um, I would say it depends a lot on the landing page you send people to. For example, if your LP just has AdSense, you'll probably make some money, but not as much as you would if you were driving real sales to CB offers. Learn to design a great landing page and then worry about how much it will make you. Trust Me.

Dont expect a "number", I wrote roughly 300 articles, in the weight loss niche, another 100 in the acne niche, a hundred in the forex, have received over 2500 clicks and made a few hundred dollars.

While others write 30 articles and make bank.

Or like me you go to PPC and earn easy money.
