Website Development and Selling

hey guys,

I know you can make more money developing a site and then selling it instead of just selling the content.

The fact I'm wondering about is if I could make money building websites using plr content and then sell them to make some bucks.

Here are my questions related to this idea:

- How much can I get for such a website (with lets say 25 articles)
- Should I create static websites or blogs
- Do I need to get a paid domain like .com
- How long will I have to keep the website.
- would it be better to use free or custom designs


it would be great if somebody could answwer me one of this questions.

 

1) It depends on many factors, so it can't be estimated.
2) Of course blogs, easy to install and modify.
3) Yes, but first be careful what domain name you choose.
4) It depends on how patience you are, you can keep it 1,2 weeks for backlinks update and google indexing or few months for a pagerank update (this will really increase the price).
5) If you have mone to spend on custom designs then do it, if you haven't, use a free design. Anyway i don't think custom designs will increase too much the price, for this kind of websites the content is king.

I could do the designs on my own so it would not mean extra cost for me. and thx for your answers rep added

 

i know there are ppl who do "flip site" -> buy an existing website, revamp and increase traffic and then sells it for a profit.

This is one of the ways if you don't want to create something from scratch.

 

but I want to create them from scratch^^because I'm not a brilliant seo guy I'm more of a web developer
