[WordPress] Showing a Category only in my Sidebar.

    hi there,

    I have a blog. I have made a new category in it.
    Now I want the posts under that category to come only in my sidebar and not in the main post area.
    I know how to get it to my sidebar.... I can do that using the widgets .... but how can I stop it from showing up in the normal posts area.

    Let me know if there is a way for it.

    If you use the plugin Post Templates by Category you can have different template files depending on which category the post is. Perhaps there is a more simple solution for your question but not that I know of. The plugin works well for my 2.7 version of Wordpress.
