From what I've seen the percentage of users here at DP don't have LinkedIn accounts. Just courious why that is. You can network with other individuals that are into what you are into, and you can learn so much from other people and you can also get jobs anytime of the day. This is my profile, (Brandon Sheley) feel free to add me if we've done work together, we can swap recommendations.. Anyways, just wondering why very few people in here use DP. I'm thinking about making a blog post on why you should consider using it.
I have never used linkedin. There are too many places to communicate/network, and I have been focusing on other services like Twitter, Facebook and MyBlogLog. But I have heard a lot of good things about linkedin. - jens -
I use LinkedIn, but it tends to be more focused on my real world work and connections from my real world. However, I guess if your work is in the web arena, then I don't see why it can't be useful! In fact, I am pretty sure it should come in handy.
Here is a great article on why you should use LinkedIn. It's good to hear a few people at least know about LinkedIn.
I'm not sure how linked in, helps.. but it's great for people that work with clients and companies. Can anyone share success stories using linked IN?
