No proxies allowed. Servers are usually setup within 24 hours. The theoretical answer is 24-72 hours. I'm afraid you cannot host proxies on it. You may use the server for other legal purposes though. We own the hardware. When you own the equipment, it's easier to run sale at this price. The datacenter is Chicago. You can actually, get that pricing with any datacenter. You have access to our client area for support issues. Reboots are usually handled within 1 hour, but we do ask our clients to not perform any activity which might cause any service downtime; as sometimes it could take more time. If that is your priority, then we are not the type of provider you would need. These servers are unmanaged, still we provide support on best effort basis(some of our clients have compared us to their managed server providers), but still it's best effort.
