    what is average CPM for Banners and PopUps

    also, getting error with SSN while signup. I tried to leave it blank, it doesn't accept.
    and even made it like 111-11-1111, getting error.

    '111-11-1111' does not appear to be a float

    all 1's is working but i've no luck while logging in as i'm getting account error in cmp publisher mode and password error in cpc mode,

    but i registered for cpm publisher account :( :confused:

    Correct, as per the instructions, the accounts start off under review, and you cannot login until they are approved.

    Al 1's should be a working fix for international, if it does NOT work, feel free to message me and I'll submit a ticket internally, but all 1's should work.

    No, it's the other way around. AdManage is the CPM/CPC/PPC/CPV side of Revenue Gateway.

    So RG, will be doing all CPA. We also do social network, CPL, co-registrations and more all under their own networks.

    Well Tier 1 providers can operate how they want, they take in the money, they pay out the money. If you are working with several Tier 1/2 providers they can pay out up to NET60, which means that gets delayed back to the affiliates. That is just how the industry works.
