• Using banned weapons such as phosphorus bombs;

• Holding Palestinian families as human shields;

• Killing large numbers of police who had no military role.

So there's video of particular case when armed guys used vehicle marked as UN ambulance and that's permission to shoot at every single abulance in area, right?

LOL. Are you serious? They even call their houses and tell them to leave the area before it's being bombed because there are tunnels there, and you're complaining about it?

There's a guy saying the IDF shoots ambulances. A normal guy would find that disturbing, by showing the video you're basically proving that these ambulances are also being used by Hamas, hence if you hear about Israel firing at an ambulance, you shouldn't be shocked until you find out who was in that ambulance. I'm not saying that firing at ambulances with civilians is right, though, as you're trying to portray me.

Oh so from your logic, if you think X killed his wife but there's no evidence about it you should still put him in prison, even though there's no evidence?

Are you seriously going to claim that Israel is hiding something? We've already seen pictures of dead babies, and everyone in Gaza has a camera to make sure that everything that's bad is shown to the world. It's not like everyone thinks Gaza is sunny California, but at the same time if you put international journalists there and one of them gets hurt - Israel will be slammed about it, and that's not something it really needs now.

Pictures of Hamas members firing near civilians, kids, etc are nonsense? Seriously, sometimes you make valid points but this is just pathetic.

Yes they have. The UN is struggling to stop them. What's the world coming to.

 

It is a very complicated legal position and it will be very hard to prosecute the IDF or indeed exonerate them

The United Nations General Assembly must immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI) as a "subsidiary organ" under U.N. Charter Article 22. The ICTI would be organized along the lines of the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia (ICTY), which was established by the Security Council.

The purpose of the ICTI would be to investigate and prosecute Israeli war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the Peoples of Lebanon and Palestine--just as the ICTY did for the victims of international crimes committed by Serbia and the Milosevic Regime throughout the Balkans.

Israel does take the high road, it always has. Of course, the hamas supporters here will side with hamas, because they support terrorists.

The other view of this is, that the war crimes of palestinians and hamas are expected. The world has come to accept that terrorists do not follow international laws, that they DO INFACT target civilians and children willfully and intentionally, that they do hide behind their own women and children, use mosques and UN buildings and cars as shields.

The bar is much lower for muslim fighters (those praiseworthy mujahadeen), because they have no morals or values. This was also demonstrated in Iraq, when muslim terrorists there used mentally disabled children as bombers, hid behind women and children, etc. This is what the world has come to accept of mujahadeen. The bar couldn't be any lower.

 

How would you all Israely supporters feel if I come with a gang and kick you out of your home telling you that the house that you have inhereted from your parents, and your chain of inheritance of your relatives goes back almost 1,0000 years or more, but now I have the power and can dictate what is right and what wrong, so how would you like that?

Which land is described here, the name of that land, and who does God give it to?

What does the quran say about Israel? It mentions "Israel" 43 times. How many times is "Palestine" mentioned? Zero.

Here, a muslim uses common sense and apparently had actually read his scriptures, to make the argument that Israel belongs to the Jews. I have no idea if he is still alive, as writing something like this would surely be a death sentence in islam.

So I ask you, how can "claim" to be a Christian, and ignore what God has said about the land of Israel?

Let's try a scenario that is very illustrative of Israel's position. This is purely a scenario and I mean no harm or threat by it, but it does help paint a picture.

Now you tell me, based upon that short story, having clearly busted you upside your head first and starting things, am I entitled to be a victim after you kick my ass for attacking you?

In this case, you are Israel and I (God forbid...for this illustration only), hamas.

 

God gives riches, God takes them away, God gives and takes things all the time.
Israel disobeyed God way too many times, that's why they were driven away from the land God gave them. The Jews(the elders) even killed His Son Jesus Christ!
