That's why it's higher paying. Because of the specific and very specialised way the niche is, there are less sites on those topics. Because of that, advertisers are willing to pay more for quality clicks, because they're not advertising on a load of sites, only a select few.

 

anyniche with local advertisers or narrowed ones will pay higher because they target a smaller range and need thier ads to have more views.

Tell me your source , is it a paid tool or free tool? Anyway, very generous of you, I know if I had the keywords (assuming that they are of high quality) that I would be closely guarding them.
