That's bold, simple and unique. I especially like the boldness of the overall logo. Now I need to see a favicon as well in its real size format.

Great originality, color scheme, and font. I like both versions, and that symbol can take on various meanings.

Thanks for submitting again, you are getting much better.

I'd go with the third one, but it still needs more originality. Maybe form the ends to the links in th chains to see if that helps. I would also like to see a favicon in real size format.

As it stands at the moment these are tied for the win - They are in no specific order:

That's much better than the first submission. I appreciate you submitting and trying again. The main thing that your's is mising is color, and that silver makes the logo look 1 dimentional.


Sikka2010,

I like the top logo out of the 2 in your last post, especially the silouted image and the font used with the lighting at the top of the letters. The only problem with it is that the lettering looks a bit too dark. I do realize that if you lightened the lettering up, you will lose the lighting effect. Plus, I don't care for the favicon. Try scratching the letters, and go with a unique symbol instead.

You would have been in the runners up cat if you would have changed the image, and that font and color. The main thing that your's is mising is color and originality. That silver makes the logo look 1 dimentional too.


Watari, Dimitri, and tightwad,

You guys have a choice. You can either let your logos and favicons stand as is, or make some changes you think may help your entry to look better given the comments I've already made.


One last note ... This forum is very important to me, and will be one of the main places all marketers gather. At least this is our goal. This is why I am a bit more picky with this logo then most. So, ask yourself, if this was my forum, and I had plans to make it one of the biggest marketplaces and gathering holes for marketers to gather, would I settle with the logo and favicon I submitted here?

I understand your position with your site. As a designer, I believe that each logo I create is for myself and am very critical of it. If I don't like it, and would not use it, I'll pull it myself from a submission. We are, after all, our own worst enemies.

Okay, it's time for me to announce the winner for this logo contest.

First, I want to thank everyone for their submissions, changes, and hard work! It was appreciate immencely!

This was a tough choice to make ... I'm serious. Matter of fact, I got some outside help to pick the winner because I couldn't make up my mind in the end.

My deciding factor was originality and unique symbol.

The red favicon was better than the last submission of yours, but please add them both into the package. Also, if you will PM me with your PayPal addy so I can pay you, I'd appreciate it.
