Hello my website name is techdare.com, I do not plan on reaching 100 dollars a day fast but I was wondering if I would be able to make about 10 dollars a day in the next 6 months if I update my posts every day and do some seo work every day?
It is possible if you able to do it in the right way. To achieve $10 per day, i assume your CTR is average which is 3% and your average earning per click is $0.50, you need to have around 700 UV per day
700 UV's a day for me is an attainable goal as to I am just a student in middle school who has other things to do than workign on my website. I think I can reach 700UV's. Thanks lifeplayer
Do not work for Money! Work for quality content and to generate number of visitors! This definately may increase your earnings
You have great potential. Offer high quality contents. Do a Press Release and contact your local paper for an interview. Marketing, marketing. Quality contents and marketing will definitely bring success. Don't be disappointed if you are not making money initially for the first couple of months. Focus on contents and marketing and once you have you regular visitor's base, you can move to monetization.
Yeah, don't expect money to pull in immediately or you will be disappointed. Just like what others say, content is the king.

It is possible to achieve that a lot faster than that, but 6 months it should be no problem at all. You just need to break things down like this: Here's an example: Let's say your average earnings per click was $0.25 To earn $10 a day you would need to get 40 clicks ( based on average above ) To get 40 clicks then depends on your average CTR Let's assume an average CTR of 10% To earn $10 a day you would need to get 40 x 10 = 400 impressions a day ( assuming some variables which we won't go into here for the sake of simplicity ). Depending on average pageviews per visitor you can then work out how many visitors you require per day to achieve your objective. Let's assume 2 per visitor, so 200 visitors per day based on the numbers above. 6 months is approximately 182 days.. let's call it 200 days for arguments sake. So all you need to do for 6 months is get an extra visitor per day. Now, does that sound achievable to you? If you take consistent action and don't pick a topic that is very low paying you will blow this result out of the water. Go for it and keep a positive mindset. Do something every day. Incremental progress is more important and ultimately effective than working like a lunatic for a few days and then fizzling out. - Dean
