I have been using adsense from 6 months. For the past 2 months, revenue is becoming less and lesser.

    See below statistics for month.

    -------- Page Views -- # of Clicks -- Revienue $
    August: --- 53,229 --- 2,071 --- $124.68
    September:--- 62,062 --- 2,274 --- $117.86
    October: --- 61,135 --- 2,134 --- $103.92
    November: ---68,112 --- 1,629 --- $62.12
    December: ---62,304 --- 1,745 --- $40.92

Please help me what will be the reason. And any improvements needs to be done.

The ecomonic down is affecting everything, the advertiser mostly will reduce their cost too
At the same time, adsense publisher is getting more and more, it is hard to get high pay ads compare to previous

Try other options like affiliate marketing, direct offerings for ad placement, etc.

You are right. My income has reduced by nearly 50percent. The point here is my page views have improved and my clicks also improved . But My cheque is reducing. May be because of global slow down. Let us pray Obama does something to improve everything.

Its not seasonal. Impressions increased and Clicks also increased. But revenue is decreased.

It may take a while for things to turn around but profits should begin to creep back up soon, I hope.

But, other ads revenue is still good like earlier. I don't think this will depend on economy crisis.

although I haven't gotten many clicks, I've noticed that they've gone from .30 per click, to around .09 or so :-\

Its seems from looking at your stats that at your highest average per click was only around .05 Cents per click, and now yout at about .01 C per click.

I have not done a lot of adsense, but what I have done I am usually getting at least 10-20 Cents per click, so maybe its the niche your targeting...

Maybe also more advertisers don't allow anymore their ads to show on the content network and concentrate their ad spending in the search network. Adwords advertisers can choose to display their ads only in the search results.

I think jduf might be right. The large number of MFA sites might be turning advertisers away from content. Also the separate pricing of content and search means they can offer a lot less for content sites and still be top on search.

I went from .19 a click to .09 a click over the last 3 months. I average 300 or so clicks a day too. Mostly the same advertisers too. Everyone is dropping there advertising.

Same here, friends. We can't expect any good income to sustain for a long long period of time.

If your traffic origin is from poor countries - then yes it will decline, maybe advertisers are pulling ad's from your site or blocking your site ? maybe Google has smart priced your site for shit conversion rates for advertisers ?
