Website flipping site - Made $60 within 20 days of start

I am selling my site which I started on Christmas of 2008. Its a site where I sell ebook about website flipping. But now I am selling this site as I need a little capital for my new project.

Revenue - I got a total sale of 6 copies on my site worth $9.95 each.
The previous owner (starter of site), sold few copies on forums too. As I made $60 in 20 days, its average is $90 per month.

Its a real joke. I think its a mistake. It was suppose to be useful. The comment is positive, you can see by other things. "And I now know the secrets of the website flipping which I used to lack in with me. "

It means the commenter was going to write "useful" only. I don't edit the reviews by my clients.

EDIT : Also, all the other reviews are positive too, so it clearly means its positive review.

ok, one last question...why is it that the Whois info for this domain is still with the previous owner? When I buy a site with a Godaddy domain the transfer to my name is very fast, yet this is still in the previous owners name. Do you actually own it???
