You say social bookmarking sites. Digg is not a bookmarking site. StumbleUpon and delicious are. Anyways, how can Digg bring me traffic if I am advertising a new site? Also, don't you need to have 100s of friends on Digg that will dig your stories? I tried using Digg, but no traffic from there. I cannot dig my own story and my friends don't use Digg. StumbleUpon, same thing. You need to have people that will vote for your site or else it is pretty much useless.
