Where can I find out how to create an email subscription and database...

Basically I want to send out promotional emails all at once to everyone who signs up for the email subscription.

They will also have to verify their email.

Is there a site that will show me how to do this?

How much will it cost to have this done for me?

 

I just googled "Simple PHP Newsletter" and found a couple of decent looking ones.

You could also use a hosted service such as Aweber or Getresponse instead of doing it yourself.
