    Hey Guys,

I want to add a live support chat on my web site for my clients. Can anyone recommend a script or a web site that provides a service?

    Preferably free. :p

I've been using Crafty Syntax for a while and it's an excellent free offering.

Kayako is pretty pricey though. I'm going to add this to 3 of my sites. That would cost around $1,500.

livezilla looks promising. I want to be able to lock my computer and then have it turn off the live chat. When I unlock it then have it turn it on.

I am hoping livezilla is able to do it.

Take a look at www.jbTop.com. It is the best Live live support chat.
You may even chat from your cell phone.

I suggest using Livezilla For live support and WHMcs for your support tickets. it would be the cheapest way but Kayato is the best way forward and keep WHMCS just for billing.

Ok. This isn't just a script, it's a program that you install on your computer. This way you never have to keep a browser page open to receive incoming chats.
