100% Content Copied - getting traffic from Illegal Music Downloads Site

    Iam really pissed off today when i saw a guy copied 100% of my site which i worked for 3 long months and made it.

    My website is Technical Interview which i worked for 3months

    and just saw a guy copied 100% of my content , replaced his Adsense Pub-ID and i getting traffic from his Illegal Music & Softwares Downloads website www.doregama.com
    His website which he copied from mine is :mad: http://www.techinterview.info/ :mad:

    My site is a old one and another proof is that - http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=site:www.technicalinterview.info&btnG=Google+Search&meta= i have 300+ Indexed pages.

    and this cheat's site is still a new one - http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=site:www.techinterview.info&btnG=Search&meta= but iam losing all SE's Traffic slowly because i fear my content will slowly be counted as Duplicate content.

    Now how should i proceed?
    I dont have any email of his, dont know his hosting support and i have found that this cheat is from India, and has many illegal music download sites where he gives direct download links to all type of MP3 Music and softwares.

    I cant bear this as i worked 3 months on this website of mine and now this guy simply copy paste's it. :confused:

    Cant we report to google?
    Get his adsense banned as using on illegal site, copying my content.
    or any other option?

    Because if i contact him on his phone he will maximum put his site down and put the content on another domain again. :(

    Write the search engines and tell them to dump the guys URL's because of DMCA violations!

    They should know it is your content from the first date of publication of the original material anyway!

    You fight fire with fire ... he steals your stuff, you get him banned from AdSense. Notifying Google won't do much, I'm sure they get hundreds of such requests weekly and have better things to look over ....
