some software show error message in vista

    when I try to open some software I get this error message , am using Windows Vista

    is there a way to solve this and make the software work in vista

    Is it a mdb base application that you are trying to open or use? You can try right-click on the application that give you this error, and select the compatibility tab, and tick the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and below it, try select Windows XP(Service Pack 2). At the most bottom part, tick the "Run this program as an administrator". Now click on apply.

    Next, try run the program like normal. If still exist, with the above mentioned done, right click the file, and select the run as administrator option.

    I think this should solve your problem.
